Site Visit & Survey
To ensure the most precise and optimal solution, we schedule a site visit by our experienced project managers and engineers. This step includes:
- Measuring the site: We take exact measurements of the space where the tensile structure will be installed.
- Assessing environmental factors: Understanding the geography, wind patterns, sun angle, and local weather conditions helps us design a robust structure that can withstand environmental challenges.
- Checking for utilities and obstructions: Identifying any potential obstacles or services that may interfere with installation, such as power lines, drains, or nearby structures.

Concept Design & Proposal
After gathering all the necessary information, we move to the design phase. Here, our design team works on:
- Initial Concept Sketches/3D Models: Using advanced software, we develop initial visualizations to help the client visualize the structure in the space. This gives a tangible idea of what the final project will look like.
- Material Selection: We recommend materials that best suit the design and environment (such as PVC/PVDF-coated fabric, steel frameworks, etc.).
- Quotation & Timeline: A detailed proposal is prepared, including project cost breakdown, expected delivery timelines, and payment schedules. We aim to be transparent and clear about costs to avoid surprises.

Structural Engineering & Final Design
Once the client approves the concept, our structural engineers step in to refine the design and ensure the structure is safe, functional, and durable. This phase includes:
- Detailed Structural Drawings: We prepare final technical drawings that include load-bearing calculations, support structures, fabric tensioning systems, and foundation requirements.
- Material Specifications: Detailed specifications for every material used in the project (fabric, steel, fasteners, etc.) are selected to meet the highest standards of strength, durability, and safety.
- Customization: We ensure the design reflects the client’s aesthetic and functional requirements, whether that’s through specific shapes, patterns, or colors.

Material Procurement & Fabrication
With final approval in place, we begin the fabrication process. This includes:
- Sourcing Materials: We procure the highest quality materials from trusted international suppliers (such as PVC/PVDF fabric and steel components). This step ensures longevity and resistance to the elements.
- In-House Fabrication: At Inditen Fabrications, we have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where the components are fabricated with precision. This includes cutting the fabric to shape, welding the steel framework, and assembling any pre-engineered components.
- Quality Assurance: Each piece undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets our exacting standards for strength, durability, and safety.

Installation & Execution
Our installation team is highly skilled and experienced, ensuring that the project is executed efficiently and accurately. The installation process includes:
- Site Preparation: The area is cleared and prepped for the structure. This includes digging foundations, setting anchors, and ensuring everything is level and secure.
- Assembly of Structure: The framework and fabric are transported to the site and assembled as per the final design. The fabric is carefully tensioned and fixed to the steel structure to achieve the desired form and strength.

Inspection, Quality Check & Handover
